Healthy Foods To Get Whiter and Shinny Teeth

Pearly white teeth make your smile better. Everyone wishes to have white teeth. Even after proper care, our teeth get stained by tea, coffee, and medicines. Then, how to get white teeth? if you are embarrassed by your yellow teeth, use the following foods to get white teeth overnight.

Whiter Teeth Foods:

Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV): 
ACV can remove stains on the surface of teeth. To use it, use a soft brush and brush teeth with it. Rinse afterwards. ACV has been shown to be a very effective way of naturally whitening teeth, however, it may take a couple of weeks of consistent use to see results.

Apples: 
Apples have natural astringents that can help whiten teeth. Apples also contain malic acid which helps dissolve stains.  To use it just slice an apple and rub the pieces on your teeth for a couple of minutes.

Strawberries: 
Strawberries also contain malic acid and can help remove stains and discolorations on teeth. You can crush the strawberries and brush teeth with them or add a pinch of baking soda and mix with strawberries. The mixture can be left on the teeth for up to 5 minutes.

Lemon Juice:
Mix a teaspoon of lemon juice with a pinch of salt or a little baking soda. Rub this mixture on your teeth. You can also eat lemons by themselves if you can tolerate it. Too much lemon juice on the teeth can cause sensitivity because of its acidic properties so remember to moderate the use.

Dairy Products:
Eating dairy products like yogurt, milk and cheese. They are known to prevent tooth decay which usually leads to discoloration of the teeth. Furthermore, hard cheese like cheddar is known to whiten the teeth and remove food particles.
